The app typically features a wide selection of flowers, including roses, lilies, tulips, and orchids. Users can also filter their search results by occasion, price, and color. PERSONAS

A persona is a fictional character that represents certain traits and qualities of real users. They are used to understand and empathize with the target audience. In this project, we created personas like Mary and Annie, who struggle to find the perfect flowers for themselves and their loved ones. Due to their busy schedules, they often don’t have time to visit a physical store. Therefore, they need a catalog and an app that allows them to easily find and order flowers online. The presentation below showcases an image, demographic information, quotes, goals, frustrations related to the product, and a summary of our two personas.
