SUMMARY
We’ve created a user-friendly food ordering website that’s optimized for all devices. Our design features a clean layout, large, easy-to-tap buttons, and straightforward language. We’ve also included clear instructions and support to guide new users through the online ordering process. Our goal is to make ordering food online accessible and convenient for everyone, regardless of their technical proficiency.
DESIGN PROCESS
It is the Systematic approach to creating solutions, to a product service or experience. During the design process,the specific steps and order can vary depending on the design methodology and project itself. In this project, we have use the User-center approach to focus on the needs and experiences of the end-user:
User Research
We conducted a remote, unmoderated usability study. Through user interviews, we created empathy maps to gain a deeper understanding of our target users and their needs. Our research revealed that many users prefer ordering food online rather than dining out. However, they often encounter frustrations due to their limited technological experience, leading to an unsatisfactory online ordering process.
Problem Statement
We noticed that ,the complexity of online food ordering platforms can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction among new technology users, particularly when they are short on time.

Hypothesis

Base on that problem, we thought that, a user-friendly mobile application that simplifies the online food ordering process will significantly enhance the experience of new technology users, especially during time-limited situations.
Goal
Our goal is to create an app that simplifies food delivery for new technology users by enabling them to easily connect with delivery services or restaurants and save time on cooking while pursuing other activities.

PERSONAS
They are used to understand and empathize with the target audience.In this project, we created personas like Kelyan and James, who are new technology users and need an app where they can easily find and order food online. The presentation below showcases an image, demographic information, quotes, goals, frustrations related to the product, and a summary of our two personas.
